Who I Am

I’m Dr. Ryan Jones, and I believe that the best medicine starts with a genuine relationship.

My journey began in Atlanta, but I moved to St. Petersburg at a young age, developing deep, lifelong ties to the Florida Gulf Coast. This community—its families, its friends, and its spirit—is where my roots are.

My Path to Medicine

I attended St. George’s University School of Medicine, where I quickly realized that I didn't just want to treat symptoms; I wanted to treat people. This passion for patient-centered care led me to Monroe, Michigan, for my Family Medicine residency. During my final year, I had the honor of serving as Chief Resident, an experience that strengthened my leadership and solidified my commitment to delivering medicine the right way: with intention, excellence, and a focus on the individual.

Why Lakewood Ranch?

After residency, there was no question about where I wanted to practice. I returned home to the Sarasota area and settled right here in Lakewood Ranch because this community perfectly mirrors my own values. This is a place that prizes health, vitality, and longevity. With its incredible natural beauty and health-conscious culture, Lakewood Ranch is the ideal setting for a concierge model that allows for lasting, meaningful patient relationships.

Life Beyond the White Coat

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually embracing the Florida lifestyle with my family. I’m a proud husband and a father to three energetic boys, who keep me on my toes and remind me every day why long-term wellness is so vital.

I’m also a bit of a hobbyist at heart. Whether I’m out hiking a local trail, capturing our stunning coastline through drone photography, or meticulously maintaining my aquariums, I find that these pursuits help me maintain the same focus and attention to detail that I bring to my medical practice.

Hailie is often the first point of contact at Jones Concierge Health, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, welcoming, and completely at ease. As both a Client Liaison and Registered Medical Assistant, she plays a key role in creating a smooth, personalized experience from start to finish.

Her Role in Your Experience:

Coordinates appointments, labs, and follow-ups with precision
Supports both clinical care and patient communication
Creates a calm, comfortable environment where patients feel cared for

Hailie understands that navigating your health can be stressful, and she is dedicated to making every visit feel warm, personal, and unhurried. She brings genuine compassion to each interaction, helping build trust and ensuring every patient feels heard and supported.

Outside the Office:
Hailie enjoys staying active, spending time at the beach, and expressing her creativity through art. She values time with family and friends and brings that same positive, energetic spirit into every patient interaction.
